Customer Support Team Leader (m/f/d)
Vaudoise, a leading Swiss insurance company, is looking for an experienced team leader for customer support at its general agency in Central Switzerland. The position involves managing a team, sales support, customer support, and further developing technical expertise within the team.
Tasks
The following diverse tasks await you:- Sales support for our own sales representatives and our agency brokers
- Telephone and written customer support for our agencies, as well as direct contact for technical and administrative issues
- Deputy to the Head of Customer Support, including taking on coordination and decision-making tasks in her absence
- Continuous assurance and further development of technical expertise within the team, as well as support with training and induction
- Close cooperation with the Head of Customer Support, the Agency Manager, our customers, and the various internal service providers within our company
- Coordination and optimization of internal processes to ensure high service quality and efficient workflows
- Active participation in projects and support in the further development of service and sales structures
Requirements
What sets you apart:- Several years of experience in the insurance industry
- Valid VWB certification
- Affinity for leadership, coaching, and team management
- Willingness to continuously develop the technical and methodological knowledge of your team
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers, colleagues, and partners
- Independent, structured approach to work and proactive problem-solving skills
