Tasks

• You will be responsible for the personnel and technical management of a team of 10 employees and ensure that they can develop their full potential.
• Not only are you responsible for handling all tenant deposits for Zürcher Kantonalbank, but you also play an active role in shaping the further development of processes and structures in your area.
• You identify potential for optimization, develop solutions together with other departments, and implement them.
• You ensure high process quality and support other departments with technical and organizational issues relating to our core topics.

Requirements

• You have completed basic commercial training or have an equivalent qualification.
• Higher education (e.g., professional certificate, HF, bachelor's/master's degree) is an advantage, or you are willing to complete such a program.
• You are a doer who enjoys taking on responsibility and actively shaping processes.
• You have a good understanding of people and support your team with empathy and clarity in achieving common goals.
• Experience in leadership roles is a plus, but not a must—we are happy to support you in developing your leadership skills.
