- Technical and personnel management of a team of 12 employees
- Provision of cash infrastructure
- Planning and implementation of marketing activities
- Support for outbound activities
- Needs-based advice for our customers at the counter and on the phone with active cross-selling
- Several years of experience as a customer advisor in the private customer sector
