Team Leader: Private Customers 80% - 100% | Sales and Customer Service | Wetzikon | Experienced professionals with personnel responsibility

Tasks

• Training and quality assurance for advising private customers
• Active management of sales figures in account openings and potential identification, including training, reporting, and campaigns
• Resource and shift planning for your own team
• Supporting private customers in the areas of payments (accounts and cards), savings, investments, and pensions
• Recognizing potential and identifying needs
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Acquiring new customers and recognizing and communicating further customer needs
• Processing of cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions

Requirements

• Completed basic commercial training
• Several years of front-line experience in the banking industry, management experience an advantage
• Strong sales and service orientation
• You score points with your trusting, communicative and empathetic manner
• Outstanding organizational talent with a high level of self-motivation and personal responsibility
• Well-groomed, confident appearance and good manners
• Foreign language skills (English, French, Italian, or other languages are an advantage)
