Zuger Kantonalbank is looking for a Team Leader Private Clients who will be responsible for the management and further development of private client advisors and client advisory teams. The position also includes the development of customer service approaches and ensuring high quality standards in advisory and sales.

Team Leader Private ClientsYour tasks
- Management, coaching and further development of subordinate private client advisors and client advisory teams
- Building trust for the relationship with regard to the support of wealthy, professional, methodical and personal aspects
- Development and management of new service approaches/concepts in the area of private client and investment advice
- Ensuring an effective acquisition strategy to win new customers and increase the existing customer base
- Ensuring high quality standards in consulting and sales
- Promoting the professional and personal development of employees as a coach, mentor and sparring partner
- Assuming responsibility for the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements and administrative tasks
Our requirements
- University degree (Uni/ETH, FH) in business administration or a comparable education
- Several years of banking experience and experience in consulting and sales
- Very good knowledge in the areas of consulting, support, basic services, investments and pensions
- Fluent German and very good English skills
