Team Leader Private Clients

Your tasks

• Management, coaching and further development of subordinate private client advisors and organization of the entire client processing process
• Representation/communication for the processing of concerns, top-up advice, new inquiries and reports in technical, methodological and personal terms
• Optimization/automation for the processing of concerns, top-up rates, new inquiries and notifications from a technical, methodological and personal perspective
• Ensuring effective acquisition activities to win new customers and increase existing business
• Ensuring high quality standards in consulting and sales
• Promoting the professional and personal development of employees as a coach, mentor and sparring partner
• Assuming the role of contact person for the internal and external implementation of legal and regulatory requirements and orders/instructions

Our requirements

• University degree (Uni/ETH, FH) in business administration or a comparable education
• Several years of banking experience and experience in consulting and sales
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of: Advice, basic services, concerns and provisions
• Fluent German and very good English skills
