Your tasks

• Management, coaching and further development of subordinate private client advisors and organization of the business process
• Responsibility for management in the regulated business
• Coordination and monitoring of orders, top yields, new products and reports from a technical, methodological and personal perspective
• Representation of interests for management in the regulated business and promotion of a performance-oriented, customer-focused culture
• Ensuring an effective acquisition strategy to win new customers and increase the existing customer base
• Ensuring high quality standards in consulting and sales
• Promoting the professional and personal development of employees as a coach, mentor and sparring partner
• Taking an active role in the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements and administrative tasks

Our requirements

• University degree (Uni/ETH, FH) in business administration or a comparable education
• Several years of banking experience and experience in consulting and sales
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of basic services, investments and pensions
• Fluent German and very good English skills
