Tasks
- Strategic product management and close collaboration with sales, sales management, and other internal partners to promote the penetration and utilization of consulting services
- Ensuring smooth operation as well as continuous quality assurance and further development of the systems and applications for which you are responsible
Requirements
- University degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field
- At least 8 years of banking experience, including digital channels, and ideally in product management or sales/marketing
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills and methodological expertise
- Strong organizational and project management skills with experience in agile methods
- High affinity for IT systems and digitalization as well as interest in innovative technologies
- High motivation, flexibility and initiative
- Strong communication skills in German and a confident manner
