Team Leader: Product Management Pension Solutions 80% - 100% | Product and Channel Management | Zurich | Experienced professionals with personnel responsibility

Tasks

• Management of product management and close cooperation with sales, sales management, and other internal partners to promote the penetration and use of consulting services
• Ensuring smooth operation as well as continuous quality assurance and further development of the systems and applications for which you are responsible

Your profile

• University degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field
• At least 8 years of banking experience, including digital channels, and ideally in product management or sales/marketing
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills and methodological expertise
• Strong organizational and project management skills with experience in agile methods
• High affinity for IT systems and digitalization as well as interest in innovative technologies
• High motivation, flexibility and initiative
• Strong communication skills in German and a confident manner
