Job description
In the area of product management for retirement planning, we are shaping the future of retirement planning with a clear focus on first-class customer experiences and efficient processes. With our innovative products and services, we not only support the growth targets of the sales units, but also drive the further development and optimization of our processing procedures. Your team is responsible for the continuous improvement and further development of our pension consulting solutions. In doing so, you ensure seamless, holistic customer experiences and optimized end-to-end processes that meet the highest standards.
Tasks
- Strategic product and channel management and close collaboration with sales, sales management, and internal partners to promote the penetration and utilization of consulting services
- Ensuring smooth operation as well as continuous quality assurance and further development of the systems and applications for which you are responsible
Requirements
- University degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field
- At least 8 years of banking experience, including digital channels, ideally in product management or sales/marketing
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills and methodological expertise
- Strong organizational and project management skills with experience in agile methods
- High affinity for IT systems and digitalization as well as interest in innovative technologies
- High motivation, flexibility and initiative
- Strong communication skills in German and a confident manner
