Zürcher Kantonalbank is looking for an experienced team leader for the Financial Advisory Service Center to lead a team of nine employees and increase the efficiency and quality of services. The position includes responsibility for process optimization, quality management and smooth collaboration with other teams.
Job description
Tasks
- Creating and implementing processes to increase efficiency and optimize resources
- Implementing and monitoring quality management systems
- Responsible for maintaining the booking platform for consultation appointments
- Application responsibility for internal software
- Responsible for order management, the invoicing process and the dunning process for financial advice
- Responsible for the administration of wills and the management of deadlines for tax mandates
Requirements
- Banking training with corresponding further training (HF, Bachelor, Master, etc.)
- Management experience (ideally)
- Empathetic and a team player
- Analytical thinking and networked work
- Experience in process optimization and quality management
