Team Leader Service Center Financial Consulting

Zürcher Kantonalbank is looking for an experienced team leader for the Financial Advisory Service Center to lead a team of nine employees and increase the efficiency and quality of services. The position includes responsibility for process optimization, quality management and smooth collaboration with other teams.

Job description

Tasks

  • Creating and implementing processes to increase efficiency and optimize resources
  • Implementing and monitoring quality management systems
  • Responsible for maintaining the booking platform for consultation appointments
  • Application responsibility for internal software
  • Responsible for order management, the invoicing process and the dunning process for financial advice
  • Responsible for the administration of wills and the management of deadlines for tax mandates

Requirements

  • Banking training with corresponding further training (HF, Bachelor, Master, etc.)
  • Management experience (ideally)
  • Empathetic and a team player
  • Analytical thinking and networked work
  • Experience in process optimization and quality management
  • Flexible and willing to take on responsibility
