Job description

Your tasks

• Targeted promotion and further development of employees based on a regular performance and development dialog
• Accompanying our clients in the preparation of their tax returns until final completion
• Individual tax advice on all aspects of income and wealth tax, start-up tax, inheritance and gift tax
• Collaboration in projects in the area of taxes
• Supporting the sales department in establishing and expanding customer relationships

Your profile

• Completed specialist training (e.g. fiduciary with specialist certificate, MAS in Taxation)
• Several years of professional and consulting experience in the area of natural persons and freelancers
• Motivation and enthusiasm to deliver outstanding performance with your team and achieve ambitious growth targets
• Flexible, empathetic and resilient personality
• Confident and convincing appearance
