Team leader:in monitoring outsourcing relationships

Tasks

• Initial assessment of and target definition for future outsourcing relationships
• Planning all measures and activities for the functional area
• Further development of monitoring concepts, processes and employees in connection with the monitoring of outsourced functions
• Instruction and monitoring of delegated asset managers and other delegation relationships as well as commissioning of the responsible legal department for contractual adjustments
• Contact person for internal and external audits and the Financial Market Authority in connection with the monitoring of asset managers, execution, IT and other outsourcing relationships

Requirements

• University degree with a focus on business administration or law
• Extensive knowledge of the (internal and external) activities of a fund management company
• Experience in leading and developing a team (an advantage)
• Several years of experience in audit, compliance, regulatory auditing or supervisory activities in a larger fund management company
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Structured and precise way of working
• High level of fluency in the German language
• Experience in employee management
