Your tasks

• customers and their employees
• In threatening situations, you and your team take responsibility, make quick decisions and thus contribute to de-escalation and finding solutions
• You carry out internal investigations into suspected cases - including securing evidence, analyzing data and conducting interviews
• Together with your team, you form the bank's interface with the police
• You position your team as a competence center for criminal charges and criminal proceedings
• You will work closely with internal bank departments and provide support in the fight against payment fraud
• You sensitize internal risk areas through targeted training and prevention

Your profile

• Several years of professional and management experience in a comparable position, ideally in a financial environment
• Basic police training and further training in the areas of investigation, inquiries / threat and crisis management an advantage
• Training and/or practical experience in criminal law/criminal procedure law
• Clear, convincing communication - written & verbal
• Analytical thinking and a high level of comprehension
• Outgoing and a talent for sustainable networks
• High level of personal responsibility, empathy and commitment - even in exceptional situations
