Tasks
- Development of the methodology and creation of the requirements for the standardization and systematization of the sales strategy and management
- Definition of sales targets as well as planning and implementation of market development measures derived from the sales strategy and market portfolios
Requirements
- Completed studies at college/university level
- Many years of experience in sales management in the private customer business - preferably with management experience
- Sound sales experience, preferably in a universal bank
- Strong creative drive, assertiveness and the ability and passion to work together across departments - complemented by strong stakeholder management
- Communicative, action-oriented and flexible personality with good assertiveness, strong self-motivation and presentation skills
- Excellent conceptual skills, combined with a strong solution orientation to master challenges in a structured and targeted manner
