Tasks

• Personnel controlling:
• Development of the methodology and creation of requirements for the standardization and systematization of sales control and management
• Definition of sales targets as well as planning and implementation of market development measures, derived from the sales strategy and market opportunities

Requirements

• Completed studies at college/university level
• Many years of experience in sales management in the private customer business - preferably with management experience
• Sound sales experience, preferably in a universal bank
• Strong creative drive, assertiveness and the ability and passion to work together across departments - complemented by strong stakeholder management
• Communicative, hands-on and flexible personality with good assertiveness, strong self-motivation and presentation skills
• Excellent conceptual skills, combined with a strong solution orientation to master challenges in a structured and targeted manner
