Special tasks
- Core banking applications and digital platforms
- Close communication and coordination with internal departments (e.g., payment transactions, credit, compliance) and external IT providers
- Definition, monitoring, and control of relevant KPIs for measuring progress, quality, and goal achievement in transformation projects
- Scope for creativity in processes, architectural decisions, and digital innovations

Requirements
- Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in application management, business analysis, and team leadership, ideally in the banking sector
- In-depth knowledge of IT architecture principles, integration strategies, and modern platform technologies
- Expertise in agile methods and process design for complex transformation projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as experience in stakeholder management
- Analytical thinking and proven experience in KPI management
