Tasks

• Core banking applications and digital platforms
• Close communication and coordination with internal departments (e.g., payment transactions, credit, compliance) and external IT providers
• Definition, monitoring, and control of relevant KPIs for measuring progress, quality, and goal achievement in transformation projects
• Scope for creativity in processes, architectural decisions, and digital innovations
• A dynamic environment with a high degree of personal responsibility and direct influence on the bank's digital transformation

Requirements

• Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in application management, business analysis, and team leadership, ideally in the banking sector
• In-depth knowledge of IT architecture principles, integration strategies, and modern platform technologies
• Expertise in agile methods and process design for complex transformation projects
• Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as experience in stakeholder management
• Analytical thinking and proven experience in KPI management

• The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3,612.55 gross per month for full-time employment.
