Team Leader IT Service Management (all genders)

Tasks

• Definition, implementation, and sustainable assurance of efficient incident, change, and problem management processes
• Further development, optimization, and monitoring of authorization management

Requirements

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH, university) in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT operations, IT infrastructure, or IT service management
• Experience in the professional and/or disciplinary management of employees
• In-depth expertise in ITIL processes, particularly incident, change, and problem management
• Experience in managing internal services/processes, ideally in regular or security-related environments
• Practical experience in cost planning, cost controlling, or budget responsibility
• Familiarity with authorization concepts, identity and access management, and common security standards
