Payment Transactions Team Leader
Migros Bank is seeking a team leader for payment transactions with at least four years of management experience in this field. The full-time, permanent position (80–100%) in Rapperswil involves operational responsibility, staff development, and strategic input into the team’s direction.
Tasks
- You'll independently assist with day-to-day decisions made by the team, be readily available, and provide support for daily operations.
- You carry out critical projects based on sound technical and factual knowledge and take on personnel-related responsibilities in a leadership role.
- You are personally involved in building the team.
- You foster a proactive perspective in and toward your work.
- You will be responsible for leading the team as well as two subdivisions (on average, 25%).
Requirements
- You have at least 4 years of experience as a team leader in payment processing.
- You have a very professional demeanor and a higher-than-average capacity for action.
- You are a dedicated person.
