Raiffeisenbank Canton Lucerne is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader (m/f/d) for an 80–100% position who has experience in customer service and will support the branches in the Canton of Lucerne and the Unterland region.
Tasks
- Verification, Contract Management, and Administration
- Supporting the department with all marketing and sales activities
- Supporting management in overseeing our employees' education and training projects
Requirements
- A strong commitment to social sustainability
- Willingness to establish contacts and combine successful models within the cantons of Lucerne and Innerschwyz
- Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Experience in customer service
