Your tasks

• Leading a team of proven experts
• Advising permanent internal stakeholders on legal issues related to data law and related areas
• As head of the Legal Data, AI & Outsourcing team at Zürcher Kantonalbank, you’ll be working at the intersection of law and technology—and thus right at the forefront of innovation.

Your profile

• Proven leadership experience
• University degree (LL.M., Jur.Lic., Dr.iur.) and Swiss bar exam
• Additional legal qualifications, such as an LL.M., are a plus
• Solid expertise in data law and related areas of law, such as banking regulations, contract law, competition law, copyright law, and criminal law
• Expertise in advising on cross-functional issues in the financial services industry, such as in-house legal affairs, is urgently needed
• You excel at analyzing complex, interdisciplinary issues
• A passion for interdisciplinary and all forms of collaboration
• Exceptional ability to handle pressure and resilience, structured thinking, and communication skills with language tailored to the audience
• You take a proactive approach to your role and take on responsibility in a dynamic environment
• Are you passionate about new technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and analytics? Do you proactively drive change? Would you like to further develop your legal expertise and your knowledge of data and technology at a universal bank?
