Job description
Your role
- Incident manager for the respective services within the support portfolio
- Deep understanding of the concept of data leak prevention
- Release management for a wide range of applications and products
- Secure key management, digital rights management, and other data protection services
- Management of Azure cloud-based data protection applications such as O365 DLP, RMS, Azure Key Vault
- Automation of monitoring and release solutions to improve MTTD and MTTR
- Understanding of agile working methods and approaches
- Highly organized with a strong sense of order
- Urgent desire to document all information
Your expertise
- 4+ years of experience in the IT industry
- At least 2+ years of experience in building automation monitoring solutions as an SRE
- Analytical and logical thinking (problem-solving skills)
- Experience in release/change management
- Very strong skills in multiple operating system platforms, including: Windows, Linux/UNIX
- Knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and experience in Python or other scripting languages
- Proven experience in developing automation monitoring and release solutions
- Experience with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting security applications (e.g., hardware security modules and key management solutions)
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
Nice to have
- Understanding cryptography concepts
- Experience with leading security technologies
- Understanding decryption services
- Splunk development experience
- Certification in Azure/CISM/CSSP or CISSP
