Your role
- Act as incident manager for the respective services within the support portfolio
- deep understanding of the concept of data leak prevention
- Release management for a wide range of applications and products
- secure key management, digital rights management, and other data protection services
- Management of Azure cloud-based data protection applications such as O365 DLP, RMS, Azure Key Vault
- Automation of monitoring and release solutions to improve MTTD and MTTR
- Understanding of agile working methods and approaches
- well-organized with a strong sense of order
- Urge to document all information
Your team
You will work as part of the Data Confidentiality team within Information Technology. Our goal is to design and implement solutions and services to protect data in its various states. You will contribute to improving the stability and availability of all data protection services, change management, and the automation of monitoring for support.
Your expertise
- 4+ years of experience in the IT industry
- At least 2+ years of experience building automation monitoring solutions as an SRE
- Analytical and logical thinking (you can solve problems like no one else)
- Experience in release/change management
- Very strong skills in multiple operating system platforms, including: Windows, Linux/UNIX
- Knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and experience in Python or other scripting languages
- Proven experience in setting up automation monitoring and release solutions
- Experience with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting security applications (e.g., hardware security modules and key management solutions)
- excellent written and spoken English skills
Nice to have
- Understanding cryptography concepts
- Experience with leading security technologies
- Understanding decryption services
- Splunk development experience
- Certification in Azure/CISM/CSSP or CISSP
