Tasks

As Tech Lead in the Software Delivery Accelerator (SDA) Center, you will be responsible for the DevOps systems within Julius Baer and its organization. Your tasks will include:

• Work closely with development teams to provide support and guidance during onboarding to our platform
• Drive the DevOps transition by optimizing relevant processes and implementing the underlying CI/CD platform.
• Manage the lifecycles of our various CI/CD tools (on platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, or on-premises virtual machines) to ensure the security, availability, and maintainability of the platforms.
• Coordination with stakeholders

• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems
• Good communication, planning, and teamwork skills
• Motivation to work in an agile team and achieve ambitious goals

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A proven track record of success in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Practical experience as a CI/CD and cloud engineer with a strong focus on Golang, Java, .NET, and JS technologies
• Practical experience working with Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure
• Experience in automating regular lifecycle activities on our various CI/CD platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code, e.g., with Ansible and Terraform
• Full-stack development experience is a plus
