Tasks

• As the head of the Software Delivery Accelerator (SDA) Center, which is responsible for the DevOps system at Julius Baer, you will provide tools, methods, and processes to support the organization and its projects, and lead the transformation of testing into the agile roadmap from the perspective of delivery and quality assurance for Julius Baer.
• Work closely with development teams to provide guidance and support in implementing our platform.
• Continuing our DevOps transformation by optimizing relevant processes and implementing underlying systems such as Jenkins to support CI/CD.
• Manage the lifecycle of our various CI/CD tools (which run on various on-premises platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, or virtual machines) to ensure security, availability, and maintainability.
• Coordination with stakeholders.
• Collaborating with and supporting projects to ensure the highest possible quality in their delivery and distribution.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• You have a "can-do" attitude, are pragmatic, and are open-minded.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex problems.
• Strong communication, planning, and teamwork skills.
• Motivation to work in an agile team and achieve ambitious goals together.
• Demonstrable experience in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Practical experience as a CI/CD and cloud engineer with a strong focus on Go, Java, .NET, and C technologies.
• Practical experience working with Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience automating routine lifecycle activities on various CI/CD platforms is a plus.
