Tech Lead – Developer Experience & Platform Engineering

About the role

• The team's mission is to improve how engineers develop, test, and deploy software—by streamlining the entire delivery process across the entire development lifecycle through better tools, smarter pipelines, and a platform design that makes the right path the easiest one.
• This is a fundamental role—you set the direction for the team and are actively involved in what matters most.

Your tasks

• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines, review workflows, and release processes that reflect how teams actually work today, including AI-powered development.
• Building internal platforms, SDKs, CLIs, and libraries that engineers adopt because they are genuinely useful—not because they are required.
• Thoughtful integration of GenAI into platform tools, with automated quality checks and feedback loops that make AI-generated code more reliable over time.
• Responsibility for the platform roadmap. Balancing feature requests, technical debt, and strategic investments using real data—cycle time, deployment frequency, and developer satisfaction.

Your profile

• 6+ years of experience building services and libraries with Java (Quarkus) or Node.js (NestJS)
• 3+ years of technical leadership across multiple teams
• Practical expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD
• Familiarity with AWS and developer productivity tools
