About the program

The six-month program offers the opportunity to work on professional tasks based on your skills and interests. It includes learning opportunities, mentoring, and networking contacts. At the end of the program, there is the possibility of obtaining a permanent position within the company.

Tasks

The role involves providing technical support to ensure the stability and smooth operation of systems within the company. This includes:

• Level 1 and 2 troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to Windows, macOS, VDI, and mobile devices
• Escalation point and bridge between tech support and other engineering teams
• Development, documentation, and implementation of new processes, workarounds, and automation solutions
• Collaboration on projects and non-BAU tasks, including allocations and VIP support
• Provision of on-call support on weekends and public holidays

Requirements

• Proven experience in a fast-paced technical support environment with a focus on user experience
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis and solving complex problems
• Knowledge of provisioning and supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, Apple, and Android devices in an MDM environment
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals and experience troubleshooting network issues
• Experience with information technologies (e.g., Power Automate) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is an advantage.
• Interest in working with artificial intelligence and new technologies
