Requirements
- Completed technical apprenticeship as a heating, plumbing, ventilation fitter or electrician with several years of experience in installations
- Several years of experience in the maintenance of building services systems
- Federal certificate for janitors
- Basic knowledge of building control systems
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills are an advantage
- Good MS Office user skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Efficient, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
- Integral, resilient and diplomatic personality in good physical condition
- Strong social skills and team player personality
