Your tasks

• Cessation of Operations with a Focus on Continuous Improvement in Service Quality
• Coordinating cross-departmental and cross-organizational development and service teams, facilitating Scrum events, removing obstacles, and leading the team to ensure continuous improvement and quality compliance

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field of study
• At least 5 years of experience in IT service management, ideally in an agile environment
• In-depth knowledge of Linux, CI/CD, cloud, and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working with platforms such as Avaloq and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Enthusiasm for cryptocurrencies and digital assets, as well as a strong commitment to customer service
• Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of customer service
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
