Technical Relationship Manager, Aladdin Associate

Tasks

The main tasks include:
  • Build your own relationships with customers to help them achieve their goals
  • Understanding customers' business challenges and providing solutions that leverage Aladdin technology
  • Ensuring that customer feedback on products is communicated to product managers and followed up through successful development and delivery
  • Collaborate with customers and Aladdin product managers to support customers throughout the investment lifecycle and promote acceptance across customer teams.
  • Updating on regulatory and operational industry trends to help clients navigate change
  • Building strong relationships through direct interaction with business influencers, both internally and externally
  • Engaging with customers to define key strategic and tactical initiatives and leveraging our internal network to oversee and implement cross-functional solutions
  • Leading internal stakeholder discussions and representing the voice of the customer

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Strong interest in FinTech
  • Working knowledge of financial markets
  • Familiarity with buy-side technology (OMS/EMS)
  • Proven skills in trading strategies, portfolio analysis, portfolio performance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts simply and clearly
  • Ambitious approach to large, complex projects with a penchant for problem solving
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, intense environment and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary global team

Preferred skills and experience

Preferred skills and experience include:
  • Previous experience in investment banking, front office, or other private financial technology markets
  • Experience with SQL, LMAX/Romeworld programming languages
