Technical Scrum Master & DevOps Practitioner - Global Products & Solutions (GPS) 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

  • Enable high-performing teams: empower teams to self-organize, prioritize work, and continuously improve through Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), process optimization, automation, and waste reduction
  • Remove Impediments & Drive Delivery: Proactively identify and resolve blockers impacting team velocity, escalating critical issues to leadership when needed
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with Product Owners, development teams, Test Management, and wider stakeholders to align on ART initiatives, track progress, and ensure transparency
  • Scale Agility Across Organizations: Collaborate with fellow Scrum Masters, POs, and leaders to promote agile maturity, consistency, and a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Drive our automation effort by proposing and developing scripts
  • Manage configuration, packaging and deployments of application components based on software and documentation delivered by developers
  • Drive the onboarding of our application to common platforms (e.g. Observability Testing Framework, CI/CD platform)
  • Be a driver for standardization and automation within the GPS domain and foster the engineering culture within your team
  • As part of a highly collaborative team, contribute to the future Software Solutions strategy

Requirements

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certification in SAFe, such as SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Practitioner (SP)
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as Azure
  • Understanding of the technology stack required to maintain a successful and well-working environment, including:
    • Familiarity with relevant technologies and systems used in the GPS ART
    • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
