Tasks

• Your responsibilities will enable you to ensure the autonomous maintenance of the buildings, both at the main office level and in the various agencies.
• Vous superviserez et assurerez le suivi des travaux dans les agences.
• You develop the avant-projects, inform the technical offices and follow the realization of the work.
• Vous maintenez à jour les dossiers techniques des bâtiments
• Vous effectuerez également des transports et déplacements ponctuels.
• Vous devrez vous assurer de la bonne marche de l'ensemble des installations techniques.

Requirements

• Vous disposez d'un CFC dans le domaine de la construction, de l'électricité ou de la technique.
• Vous avez de l'expérience en matière d'entretien d'immeubles et d'équipements techniques.
• Vous dispose impérativement d'un véhicule personnel.
• Vous êtes en possession d'un permis de cariste et d'un permis de conduire de catégorie B.
