What you can expect
- You can set quotas in line with our internal interests in 2nd and 3rd pillar pension plans. Then the Pension Operations department is the right place for you. To support our team, we are looking for a friendly person who enjoys being active.
- You are responsible for independently handling administrative matters relating to the Freigestellt and Sparen pension products.
- You ensure that all legal requirements are met for deposits and withdrawal transactions.
- You prepare information for internal and external parties (verbally and in writing).
What you bring with you
- Your application does not need to be based on basic banking training, or you may have professional experience in the Swiss banking sector.
- Your future plans are still open and you are looking for a challenge to enter the world of Swiss banking.
- You work independently and act in a target and results-oriented manner.
- You are already familiar with administrative topics and have an affinity for digital processes and tools.
- Like-minded, you enjoy working in a lively team and have a strong awareness of quality.
- You have in-depth knowledge of MS Office applications, and user knowledge is very welcome.
