UBS is seeking a Temporary Integration Execution Specialist to support the onboarding process of institutional clients and asset managers in Asset Servicing and ensure a positive client experience. The specialist will be responsible for coordinating asset transfers, managing contracts and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Your role
We are looking for an Integration Execution Specialist to help us improve the client experience for our large institutional clients in Asset Servicing.
Tasks
- Supporting different business areas and delivering a positive client experience
- Manage the onboarding of institutional clients and their asset managers, including product set-up, coordination of securities migrations through communication with our settlement teams, external custodians and counterparties
- Screening, sorting, preparing, completing and filing contracts; extensive preparation work in support of client advisors/relationship managers
- Planning and execution of client asset transfers; coordination of internal and external stakeholders (e.g. settlement teams, sub-custodians, counterparties, asset managers)
Your expertise
- Knowledge of the custody business
- Experience as an Account Manager
- Ideal: Experience in the settlement sector
Requirements
- Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering first-class results
- Ability to solve problems and perform in a changing environment
- Interest in process optimization, digitalization and automation
- Ability to learn quickly and pick up new activities
- Ability to prioritize work based on internal priorities
- Ability to work independently, based on instructions
- Fluent in German, French a plus
- At least 2-3 years experience in banking
