Test Environment and Data Specialist

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Design, build, configure, monitor, and maintain test environments
• Keep infrastructure configuration complete and up to date, covering environment sizing, provisioning, configuration, data setup, and software component versioning
• Analyze test results to identify and resolve technical software defects and recommend potential functional impacts
• Coordinate environmental initiatives (e.g., any full-cycle production release is closely synchronized with testbed activities such as reimplementation upgrades, upgrades, and incident resolution—all within the change control process)
• Define and enforce standardized procedures for the use of test environments across the R&D department
• Provide clear, repeatable onboarding and operational runbooks for teams and third-party contractors
• Take full control of the test data lifecycle: identifying requirements, provisioning, de-identification, and cleanup
• Manage test databases, MS-SQL environments, and any mock or test data generators for simulated production functionality
• Standardize datasets to ensure reproducibility across test runs
• Ensure data isolation and privacy across environments (e.g., GDPR/AVISO)
• Monitor resource and data retention usage and propose guidelines for optimizing capacity and shutting down systems
• Ensure Secure Transfer: Test data and environment requirements are fully supported
• Author interfaces that enable other teams to request and obtain test data efficiently, supported by a
