Role Overview

• The Test Manager will be responsible for managing the test strategy and planning, automation, non-functional requirements (NFR), and end-to-end testing for the Core Banking and Satellite domains.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, developers, business stakeholders) to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Status reporting and the ability to lead defect management across multiple teams.
• Ensure test coverage and quality metrics, including traceability and defect leakage.
• Proactively identify issues and risks and recommend optimal solutions.
• Support release activities, including regression testing, UAT coordination, test effectiveness analysis, automation, load and performance testing, go/no-go decisions, and post-release validation.

Requirements

• At least 8 to 10 years of experience driving strategy, planning, execution, and governance in IT roles within an organization.
• Expertise in core banking areas such as securities, payments, corporate actions, derivatives, structured products, foreign exchange, and lending.
• Strong understanding of the credit field (limits and margins).
• Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of testing projects in the private banking sector.
• Experience in the credit sector, core banking, and private banking products.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
• Understanding of data models and reporting frameworks.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
