Test Manager 100%
The Test Manager at Julius Baer in Singapore is responsible for the test strategy and automation in the core banking division. The position requires 8–10 years of experience across the entire test lifecycle, as well as expertise in core banking domains and agile methodologies.
Tasks
- Responsible for managing the test strategy and planning, as well as automated test deliveries for the core banking and satellite divisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, business partners) to clarify requirements and solve problems
- Create status reports and manage defect tracking across multiple teams
- Ensure test coverage and quality metrics, including traceability, defect impact, and coverage
- Proactively identify problems and risks and recommend optimal solutions
- Support release activities, including regression testing, UAT coordination, performance testing, go/no-go decisions, and post-release validation
Requirements
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in managing strategy, planning, execution, and strategic cross-functional coordination for the entire test lifecycle (unit tests, integration, system, functional, and end-to-end)
- Expertise in core banking, such as securities, payments, corporate actions, structured products, foreign exchange, and lending
- Extensive knowledge of credit (limits and margins)
- Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of pilot projects in the core banking sector
- Experience working with agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Understanding of data models and reporting frameworks
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
