Test Manager (80–100%)
St. Galler Kantonalbank is seeking a Test Manager (80–100%) to play a central role at the interface between development and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for further developing test management, ensuring transparency regarding quality standards, and helping to ensure that new solutions are reliably deployed into production.

As a test manager, you’ll play a key role at the intersection of development and operations. Using your expertise, you’ll help advance test management, ensure transparency regarding quality levels, and make sure that new solutions are reliably deployed into production.Requirements
What you bring to the table:- A bachelor’s or master’s degree (from a university or university of applied sciences) or equivalent training, and ideally ISTQB certification
- Several years of experience in testing or quality management or in a similar field, preferably with practical experience in the banking sector or in test automation
- IIBA, ISTQB, and Compliance Audits as New or Further Developments
- Analytical and structured thinking will help you understand complex relationships, assess risks, and develop practical solutions
- By engaging with various stakeholders, you ensure buy-in for quality requirements and thereby uphold our commitment to quality management
