Test Manager (80–100%)

Tasks

As a Test Manager, you’ll play a key role at the intersection of development and operations. Using your expertise, you’ll help advance test management, establish transparent processes for quality standards, and ensure that new solutions reliably make their way through our internal channels into production. In this way, you’ll make an important contribution to the software quality, stability, and ongoing development of our digital services.

Requirements

What you bring to the table:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree (from a university or university of applied sciences) or equivalent training, and ideally ISTQB certification
• Several years of experience in test management or quality management, so that you know our processes inside and out and can work with the business departments as a sparring partner to further develop them
• You have practical experience in test automation and test planning and are familiar with common tools and quality standards
• Analytical and structured thinking help you understand complex relationships, assess risks, and develop precise solutions
• Through dialogue with various stakeholders, you communicate clearly and on an equal footing, build acceptance for your quality requirements, and serve as an open and approachable communication partner
