As a Test Manager, you’ll play a key role at the intersection of development and operations. Using your expertise, you’ll help advance testing, establish transparent processes for quality standards, and ensure that our solutions function reliably. In this way, you’ll make an important contribution to the software quality, stability, and further development of our digital services.

- By providing transparency regarding test frameworks, tools, and quality standards, you create a solid foundation for decision-making for projects and stakeholders. - You strategically plan the use of test management tools, further develop their application, and promote the effective use of test automation. - With your expertise, you are equally effective in the business departments and play a key role in ensuring sustainable quality throughout the organization.

What you bring with you

- A college degree (university or university of applied sciences) or comparable training, and ideally an ISTQB certification - Several years of experience in testing or quality management, along with hands-on experience in further developing test processes and concepts - You are thoroughly familiar with and well-versed in ITIL, ISTQB, and Conformance. Knowledge of test automation and soft skills: - Analytical and structured thinking help you grasp complex relationships, assess risks, and develop pragmatic solutions. - When interacting with various stakeholders, you ensure clarity and build acceptance for quality measures that are often very demanding.
