Third-Party / Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)
As a Third-Party/Procurement Specialist, you will support VF Bank in third-party risk management, due diligence, and contract review. This permanent position offers the option to work remotely or on-site in Liechtenstein.
Your challenge
- Support for the third-party risk management process, including supplier redundancy and joint review
- Preparation, Review, and Management of Third-Party Due Diligence and Recruitment
- Systematic organization and updating of all information and documents
- Responsibility for the entire contract review
- Integration with Operation&Risk for generating third-party reports and analyses
- Assisting with the review of contracts, e.g., risk clauses, SLAs, data protection, and regulatory requirements
- Support for internal and external audits
Requirements
- Fundamentals of Outsourcing Risk Management in the Banking Sector (Operational & Third-Party Risk)
- Very strong analytical skills (Basics: Knowledge of SQL, VBA; Excel is a must)
- Experience in vendor/third-party management (onboarding, risk assessment, monitoring)
- Familiarity with due diligence and supplier management, including the latest developments in contracts, SLAs, RMAs, and UG (clause)
- A structured, organized, and reliable approach to work, combined with in-depth knowledge of specific details
- Proper Use of the Postbank-Infe Office View (Especially Excel)
- Negotiable German and English language skills
