Third-Party Risk Manager – Chief Risk Officer for Non-Financial Risk (100%) (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Defining business use cases and functional requirements for IT implementations and artificial intelligence-based solutions; designing and executing test procedures for infrastructure upgrades and system migrations
• Support the RTO in portfolio risk assessments, operational case reviews, control monitoring, and international regulatory reporting; facilitate timely follow-up on action items, incidents, and escalation flags
• Compiling, validating, and preparing quantitative and qualitative reporting packages for committees and key stakeholders
• Maintaining and updating central documentation (Wiki pages, procedures, templates, intranet); developing training materials and conducting training sessions to ensure consistent implementation across various locations
• Coordinating stakeholder meetings, tracking progress on the implementation of the framework, and conducting quality checks on solution strategies and exit plans worldwide

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in economics or law)
• Extensive and practical experience in non-financial risk management, with at least 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or auditing / law firms
• Solid knowledge of outsourcing/third-party risk management and industry best practices
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for process automation, ticketing, and IT service management workflows
• Ability to articulate clear business requirements for IT implementations and artificial intelligence use cases within TPRM-related applications to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Strong hands-on analytical and project delivery skills, with the ability to translate concepts into practical, actionable solutions
