Third-Party Risk Manager – Chief Risk Officer for Non-Financial Risk (100%) (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Defining business use cases and functional requirements for IT implementations and artificial intelligence-based solutions; designing and executing test procedures for infrastructure upgrades and system migrations
• Support the RTO in portfolio risk assessments, operational case reviews, control monitoring, and international regulatory reporting; ensure timely follow-up on activities, incidents, and escalation flags
• Compiling, validating, and preparing quantitative and qualitative reporting packages for committees and key stakeholders
• Maintaining and updating central documentation (Wiki pages, procedures, templates, intranet); developing training materials and conducting training sessions to ensure consistent implementation across various locations
• Coordinating stakeholder meetings, tracking progress on the implementation of the framework, and conducting quality checks

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of outsourcing/third-party risk policies and industry best practices
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for process automation, ticketing, and IT service management workflows
• Ability to articulate clear business requirements for IT implementations and artificial intelligence use cases within TPRM-related applications to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Strong "hands-on" and analytical skills, as well as project delivery skills, with the ability to translate concepts into practical solutions
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Proven ability to quickly learn new concepts and ideas and to integrate and assimilate information of varying levels of complexity and interrelationships across broad, multifunctional subject areas
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and hands-on individual
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and respond positively to change
• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
