Third-Party Risk Manager – Chief Risk Officer for Non-Financial Risk (100%) (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Defining business use cases and functional requirements for IT implementations and AI-powered solutions
• Designing and implementing test procedures for infrastructure upgrades and system migrations
• Supporting the TCO with portfolio risk assessments, operational case reviews, control monitoring, and international regulatory reporting
• Compiling, validating, and preparing quantitative and qualitative reporting packages for committees and key stakeholders
• Maintaining and updating central documentation (Wiki pages, procedures, templates, intranet), developing training materials, and conducting training sessions
• Coordinating stakeholder meetings, tracking progress on the implementation of the framework, and conducting quality checks on solution strategies and exit plans worldwide

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in economics or law)
• Extensive and practical experience in non-financial risk management, with at least 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or auditing / law firms
• Solid understanding of outsourcing/third-party risk regulations and industry best practices
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for process automation, ticketing, and IT service management workflows
• Ability to articulate clear business requirements for IT implementations and artificial intelligence use cases within TPRM-related applications
• Strong "hands-on" analytical and project delivery skills, with the ability to translate concepts into
