We are looking for an experienced third-party risk manager to strengthen our operational resilience model and ensure that third-party risks are managed effectively. The successful candidate will implement and oversee the local governance structure for third-party risk management.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced third-party risk manager to strengthen our operational resilience framework. This role is critical to ensuring that third-party risks are managed effectively and that the organization is prepared for disruptions and can recover from them.

Tasks

  • Implementation and operation of the local third-party risk management governance framework in accordance with JB guidelines
  • Ensuring appropriate oversight of end-to-end third-party risk management processes and the underlying group tools
  • Conducting outsourcing risk assessments or ad hoc reviews of third-party providers
  • Monitoring the performance and risk indicators of third-party providers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in business or law)
  • Extensive experience in risk governance and/or non-financial risk management, with at least 4–6 years of experience in management consulting or at an accounting firm or law firm
  • Solid knowledge of outsourcing/third-party risk management and industry best practices
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Proven ability to quickly grasp new concepts and ideas and to integrate and assimilate information of varying levels of complexity and interconnection
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and conceptual skills
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and hands-on individual
  • A reserved person with a critical mindset who is comfortable challenging the status quo
  • Fluent in French and English
