Trading and Operations Analyst

Job Description

The Trading & Operations Analyst will play a key role in portfolio management, trade execution, and business development for EPFGAM’s U.S. Growth Equities team.

Tasks and responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities include:

• Trading and Portfolio Management: Executing trades across multiple platforms, monitoring best execution, and managing trade orders.
• Platform Operations and Monitoring: Setting up and operating trading platforms, monitoring accounts, and supporting compliance and risk management activities.
• Sales Support and Marketing: Providing support to the portfolio management and sales teams by preparing customer performance analyses and presentations.
• Automation, innovation, and process improvement: Identifying challenges and developing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements and qualifications

The requirements and qualifications include:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, economic, financial, engineering, statistical, or related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a quantitative, trading, or investment operations role, ideally in asset management, wealth management, or a similar environment.
• Technical and product knowledge: Direct experience with OMS/Charles River and other relevant systems.
