Trading Sales & Distribution Executive
Taurus SA is looking for a Trading Sales & Distribution Executive to drive sales of its regulated digital asset trading services, in particular the TDX electronic trading platform, and acquire new clients. The focus will be on acquiring new clients and generating trading volume.

Tasks
- Promotion and sale of regulated digital asset trading services, in particular TDX, a regulated electronic trading platform for cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities
- Onboarding new clients and generating trading volume
- Proactively build a pipeline and prospect new clients (e.g. banks, investment firms, asset managers, institutional clients, corporates, HNWIs) willing to trade digital assets or offer digital asset trading platforms to their end clients
- Fast and smooth customer onboarding in close cooperation with the support teams (e.g. KYC, FIX trade connection setup)
- Responsibility for the entire sales process; engaging with prospect lists and qualifying deals, seeking and coordinating RFIs/RFPs with prospects and within the internal Taurus team, preparing, managing and conducting sales calls and prospect interactions, and negotiating the closing of new client contracts
- Managing the existing customer base to ensure high satisfaction and active use of the platform
- Internal coordination with the product team to ensure handover of sales, product gap feedback
- Proposal of new ideas, strategies, campaigns for sales success
- Representing Taurus at external events and conferences, contributing to marketing, PR and external communications, as well as building partnerships with institutions in the digital asset space and monitoring the competitive landscape
Requirements
- 5-10 years of professional experience in trading and brokerage sales in the financial services industry (e.g. with a broker, stock exchange)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or economics
- Solid and diversified customer base, experience in building a strong pipeline and sales life cycle
- Strong interest and knowledge in digital assets
- Good knowledge of finance and capital markets
- Good understanding of financial promotion, marketing and cross-border rules
- Dynamic and proactive, entrepreneurial attitude
- Availability to travel extensively to visit clients on site when required
- Fluent in English, other language skills an advantage
