Tasks

  • Provide end-to-end trade flow support across all product channels worldwide
  • Monitor ongoing support needs to address changes and gaps
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts and reduce risks across all touchpoints in the trading process
  • Ensure accurate and timely escalation and resolution of all requests
  • Process ad-hoc requests from operations, technology and front office
  • Facilitate training for new application users
  • Work with business, technology and operations to prioritize, plan releases and detail requirements for future enhancements/products

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry
  • Bachelor's degree
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Internet technologies
  • Very disciplined, self-starter with the ability to carry out tasks independently
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
  • Attention to detail with superior written, verbal and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the business unit
  • Strong capacity to work in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required
