Transaction Manager (DCM) – Investment Banking Switzerland

Your role

Do you want to play a key role in executing debt capital market transactions? In this position, you will:

• Work in a highly professional and collaborative environment, taking responsibility for documenting and executing a wide range of debt capital market transactions

Your team

You will be part of the Transaction Management team and the DCM Origination specialists to execute transactions. The team works closely with legal departments and other DCM specialists.

Your expertise

You have:

• Experience in the banking industry
• solid knowledge of securities and/or
• a keen eye for detail, combined with
• high flexibility and the ability to work under pressure
• a collaborative mindset and strong team spirit
• Fluent in German and English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Are you curious to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) can help us with transaction management, risk standards, and the ethical use of data?
